These are the habits that run through my classroom, online tutoring and instructional-design work.
Adapt to the curriculum in front of me
I have taught across Nigerian, British, Canadian/Ontario and New York P-12-aligned curricula. The structure changes; the need for clear sequencing and honest assessment does not.
Use digital tools with a purpose
Zoom, Google Classroom, LearnDash and Articulate Storyline are useful when they make learning more accessible — not when they add friction. I have supported both the teaching and the back end.

The systems behind the lesson.
Teaching online requires more than a video call. I have worked on the content, the platform and the support that learners and staff need.
Learning design and platform support, side by side.
At Rolings Montessori Academy I supported the transition from paper-based processes to the Skoolbod school-management platform, managed LearnDash back-end administration, and helped staff and learners use the systems.
At SmartMathz Tutoring I developed web-based Mathematics content aligned with New York P-12 standards and built interactive materials in Articulate Storyline. At Siotoh Academy I contributed to a Legal Office Assistant curriculum and created educational learning videos.
The aim is consistent: reduce friction, make the material easier to follow, and keep the technology in service of the learning.
